RANZANI, THELMA Naomi (Harer)

Thelma Naomi (Harer) Ranzani, a longtime Montrose, NY resident, died in Norwalk, CT. She was 91.
Thelma was born in Tomb's Run, PA on August 30, 1914 to Edith Grace Cox and David Harer in Tombsrun, PA.
She was an active parishioner at the Reformed Church of Cortlandtown, NY for most of he life.
Thelma married David Max Elder in 1945, and the couple operated Elder's Country Store in Montrose, NY. He died in 1971. Later, she married Louis A. Ranzani. He also predeceased her.
She is survived by a daughter, Patricia Ivansheck, and a granddaughter, Kristin Ivansheck, both of Norwalk, CT; also a sister, Kathryn Kyriazas, of Fishkill, NY. Besides her two husbands, she was also predeceased by two brothers, Earl and Charles Harer, and two sisters, Martha and Gladys.
Her Funeral Service is Saturday at 11 am at Reformed Church of Cortlandtown. Friends may call on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm at EDWARD F. CARTER FUNERAL HOME, (www.efcarter.com), 170 Kings Ferry Rd., Montrose, NY. Burial is in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
